Christmas Meal in a Bag 2025
Our Christmas Meal in a Bag 2025 project provided 235 Wythenshawe households with meal or treat bags.
Now in its fourth year, our Christmas Meal in a Bag initiative saw 148 homes receive all the ingredients needed for a Christmas dinner. Every meal bag contained a chicken, vegetables, stuffing, gravy mix and mince pies. We also offered Christmas treat bags to 104 households who didn't want a full meal bag. Treat bags included cheese, biscuits, satsumas and mince pies.
Several of our suppliers and local organisations gave donations as part of their social value promise to our community.

Colleague volunteers spent two days packing and delivering the bags to local residents, with over 600 residents receiving something for Christmas.
We’re so grateful to everyone who was involved in the project and helped bring a little festive cheer to local residents!
