The purpose of our Youth Forum is to give Wythenshawe young people a voice about important decisions that affect them on a daily basis. The Youth Forum’s views will be seriously considered by adults making decisions about activities and programmes across Wythenshawe.

The Youth Forum provides opportunities for young people to express their ideas and opinions and work on exciting projects. They also consult with local groups, the community, WCHG staff and other young people.

They plan and evaluate youth activities in Wythenshawe, helping to make changes based on what children & young people want and need. They also attend meetings and help to set the agenda for future activities. They focus on services getting the balance right between meeting young people’s needs and providing development opportunities, as well as being a fun space to meet friends.
