I am a director of Perito Property Ltd, a chartered surveying practice who provide services to the housing sector on development and asset management. I have worked in the housing sector for over 25 years providing support for housing association and local authority clients.

I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and am one of their licenced Assessors. My key areas of expertise are in property development, asset management and regeneration.
