Cllr Sarah Russell represents Northenden ward on Manchester City Council. She is very interested in the development of Wythenshawe’s community, economy and the local environment.

Sarah chairs the Council’s Resources & Governance Scrutiny Committee, and the HR, and Ethical Procurement Sub Committees. She is also a practicing solicitor, specialising in employment law.
